Who We Are
👠 What is She Serves Heeled™?
A nonprofit that provides accessible leadership and soft skills training to women who are often overlooked—single moms, teen mothers, women starting over, or rebuilding after incarceration or trauma.
💼 What makes me qualified?
I bring more than just lived experience—I also bring over a decade of professional leadership, including serving as a Director of Human Resources, holding two master's degrees (in Human Resources and Strategic Leadership), and completing intensive leadership development programs like Leadership Rochester in 2025

I bring more than just lived experience—I also bring over a decade of professional leadership, including serving as a Director of Human Resources, holding two master's degrees (in Human Resources and Strategic Leadership), and completing intensive leadership development programs like Leadership Rochester in 2025 and the African American Leadership Development Program in 2024. I've led training, facilitated organizational change, and created equitable systems professionally—and now I'm using that same skillset to uplift women who've been underestimated.

I lead with healing. Because it's not just about being "professional"—it's about being whole. It's about restoring confidence, releasing shame, and birthing purpose in women who are so often told they don't belong.
Our Mission
SheServesHeeled was created to empower women who have been silenced, judged, or overlooked—especially those who have experienced trauma, abandonment, teen motherhood, abuse, or social stigma. It was birthed through lived experience and healed scars, from a woman who’s walked through rejection and ridicule and still chose to rise.
But our mission goes even deeper.
In many spaces—professional, spiritual, or social—access is often granted based on certain markers of success: credentials, affiliations, education, or invitation into the “right” rooms. And while achievement should be celebrated, belonging should never be conditional.
At SheServesHeeled, we don’t believe you need to change who you are to become who you’re called to be.
We believe:
- You can listen to rap music and love Jesus.
- You can quote scripture and still be healing.
- You can set boundaries and still serve.
- You don’t need to look like them to lead like you.
We’re not the gatekeepers. We’re the key makers.
We don’t hand down power—we unlock it.
We don’t teach women to perform professionalism—we help them stand rooted in their identity.
We don’t ask you to leave your culture, your story, or your struggle at the door—we welcome it.
This isn’t about calling anyone out. It’s about calling every woman in—into healing, into purpose, into power.
Because you don’t need permission to rise. You were born for it!
Our Programs
SheServesHeeled™ is a nonprofit movement committed to equipping underserved women with the leadership skills, soft skills, and personal development tools often reserved for the already-established. We exist to close the access gap—to bring transformative leadership development to women who have been systemically overlooked, silenced, or counted out. Whether she's a single mother, a teen mom, a woman reentering society after incarceration, or someone who has yet to discover her purpose due to survival mode—she is worthy of investment. Through faith-based empowerment, strategic training, mentorship, and community, SheServesHealed™ offers a pathway to self-sufficiency, purpose, and leadership—because healed women don’t just rise, they lead.

- Early Access Leadership Training: Development for women before they’re in the boardroom or the classroom—because leadership is not a title, it’s a transformation.
- Soft Skills That Open Doors: Communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, goal setting, public speaking, and professionalism taught through culturally responsive, trauma-informed lenses.

- Teen moms and single mothers

- Women in survival mode working jobs out of necessity, not purpose
